Our little boy is two!

We went for our two year old check up today and confirmed what my arm has been feeling all along - we have a big boy. He weighed in at 32 lbs (90%) and 37.5 inches (>97%, so off the chart). If you follow the rule of estimating his adult height by doubling his height at 2 then he would be 6'3". Scott is 6'6" so I would imagine that might even be on the short side. Luke is holding the two things he sleeps with every night. DD the blanket (I don't know why he calls it DD but that's what he started calling it) and Gu Gu the dog (short for Gus which is the name of our Aussie).

Halloween - the real costume

Luke wouldn't keep his horse costume on so I took our friend Jon's idea and he went as Michael Phelps to his first Halloween party of the season. I wore a shirt that said Phelps Phan on the front. He's going to hate me for this when he's grown but only those legs could pull this off!

It's October!

18 Months!!!!!!!

Luke is now one and a half years old! He's finally starting to slim down and hadn't gained any weight since his last checkup but grew 1.5 inches to 34 1/2 inches. Still 95% in height but only 80% in weight at 28.2lbs.
